Telesales Specialist

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and lead conversions for our aesthetic and dermatology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Explain SkinLab’s treatments, services, offers, and packages to clients.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to improve conversions and repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the clinic and reception teams regarding appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive client experience.
• Maintain timely follow-ups on missed, pending, and inactive leads.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare, beauty, or wellness is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred.
