For a client Role Description

The Professor of Business will hold a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, contributing to Neos Group’s academic and professional development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering business-related courses, conducting lectures and seminars, and developing curricula aligned with industry best practices, particularly in the Food and Beverage sector. The role involves supervising student projects, mentoring learners, and integrating real-world case studies to enhance practical understanding. The Professor will engage in research activities, publish scholarly work, and participate in academic committees to support program quality and accreditation standards. Additional duties include organizing training sessions for staff, collaborating with leadership on education strategies, and contributing to thought leadership that strengthens Neos Group’s global presence.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and training, with the ability to design and update business programs relevant to the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong background in university teaching, including experience delivering lectures, seminars, and assessments at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
  • Proven research capabilities, with a track record of scholarly publications or industry-focused studies in business or related fields.
  • Solid foundation in economics, with the ability to apply economic principles to real-world business scenarios and market analysis.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline (PhD preferred; master’s degree with substantial experience may be considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and stakeholders.
  • Experience or strong interest in the Food and Beverage industry, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
