Job Description  :

Supply Chain Management

Master Files

- Maintenance of master files including files related to SKU, Distributor, Lead time events and timing.

- Maintenance of Distributor pricing and Supplier procurement pricing per SKU.

Sales Budgets

- Co-ordinate with Sales Dept to ensure timely updating of SKU wise, Month wise, Distributor wise in market sales budgets.

- Co-ordinate with Sales Dept for any revisions required to Sales Budget.

Data Transfer

- Updating of stock details from the Distributors on a monthly basis.

- Ensure accuracy of data being updated in the system.

Order Forecasting

- Forecasting of orders to Distributors SKU wise to ensure adequate stock in the market to meet projected Sales Budgets.

- Consolidation of order forecasts by SKU and related suppliers considering lead time, pallet loads, container loads, seasonality of availability and other related constraints.

- Updating the consolidated orders to suppliers.

Order Processing

- Laise with the Suppliers for price negotiation and placement of orders

- Ensure processing of orders through the various stages of the order processing cycle.

- Laise with Finance Dept to process invoices against back to back costing sheets.

Order Monitoring

- Monitor each stage of the Order Processing cycle against standard lead times allocated for each stage.

- Laise with the Suppliers for price negotiation, placement of orders, timely execution of the placed orders.
