Territory Manager – Field Sales | Gotalk

Gotalk, an authorized partner for e&, is looking for an experienced and target-driven Territory Manager to manage and develop our Field Sales team.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing
• Previous Team Leader experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales teams
• Field Sales / D2D Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of Field Sales Executives
• Set and achieve territory sales targets
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and improve market coverage

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000 + Target Achievement Incentives
