Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and active person to contact companies, introduce our products and services, follow up with potential customers, and help manage basic social media activities.

Responsibilities

• Call companies and potential customers.
• Introduce the company and its products.
• Connect with purchasing managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Send company profiles, product details, catalogues, and promotional messages through WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain a record of calls, contacts, and customer responses.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Post company content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Write simple captions and promotional messages.
• Reply to basic customer inquiries on social media.
• Share promotional content with customers and business groups.
• Assist the sales and marketing team with daily tasks.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable making calls to companies.
• Basic English speaking and writing skills.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva will be an advantage.
• Active, organized, and willing to learn.
• Telesales or social media experience is preferred but not required.
