Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our aesthetic and dental clinic in Al Rigga -Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, revenue generation, and team leadership, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase clinic profitability and client conversion
• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to deliver high performance
• Enhance patient experience and ensure excellent service standards
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, and financial performance
• Support marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand growth

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in clinic/beauty/dental management
• Strong background in sales and revenue generation
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in aesthetic/medical/dental industry preferred

PREFERRABLY WITH OWN VISA.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
