Sales and Marketing Manager

Mandatory for this job:

1. UAE Driving License, 2. UAE Sales Experience in Auto Spare parts market.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth / Business Development / Managing Sales team and monitor their Targets

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and sales performance.
• Ensure effective outbound sales activities are continuously conducted.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Analyse sales trends and suggest practical solutions for business growth.
• Improve customer engagement and lead conversion processes.

Database & Lead Follow-Up Management

• Handling customers/leads that remain unresponsive after regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer concerns, objections, or reasons for non-conversion and suggest corrective measures.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years Knowledge of Auto Spare Parts market inside UAE.
• UAE Driving license with Dubai city routes.
• Experience in handling staff, clients, and customers in this field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in business development, sales, or marketing management.
• Ability to generate practical solutions for increasing revenue and improving operations.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
