JOB VACANCY – OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and develop B2B sales for V-Belts, Timing Belts and Industrial Belts.

Experience: 2+ years in outdoor/B2B sales preferred

Main Responsibilities

• Visit companies, workshops, factories and maintenance companies on a daily basis.
• Develop new B2B customers and generate sales.
• Target HVAC, FM, marine, ship repair, factories, machinery workshops, pump & compressor repair companies and industrial traders.
• Identify purchasing managers, maintenance managers and workshop managers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the correct belt.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until the order is confirmed.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and increase repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.

✅ Requirements

• UAE outdoor sales experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial spare parts, bearings, belts, mechanical products, HVAC or engineering products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be confident visiting customers independently.
• Must be able to generate new customers, not only handle existing accounts.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai industrial areas is an advantage.
• English communication required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Only candidates with relevant outdoor B2B sales experience will be considered.

Pay: AED1,869.45 - AED4,000.00 per month
