Key Account Manager for a cleaning company

• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the cleaning operations team.
• Ensure cleaning services are delivered according to agreed scope, quality standards, and schedules.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review service performance.
• Follow up on client complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supervisors to maintain service quality.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, upselling, and contract expansion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contract renewals, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on contract renewals and support client retention.
• Monitor client satisfaction and take corrective action when required.
• Prepare account performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support the acquisition of new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client agreements, requirements, pricing, and communications.
• Ensure all commitments made to clients are properly communicated and delivered by the internal team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
