E-Commerce Manager – UAE

Pranic Drug Store LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the online growth and marketplace operations of leading brands including Manforce Condoms and Prega News in the UAE market.

We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of the UAE e-commerce landscape, including both B2C and B2B online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall UAE e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Manage and optimize online marketplaces including Amazon UAE, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, stock availability, product content, and marketplace visibility.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including bundles, discounts, 1+1 offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Drive B2C online sales while developing B2B partnerships with online retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
• Improve product rankings, visibility, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and category managers to resolve listing, pricing, inventory, and account-related issues.
• Plan and manage marketplace advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, advertising ROI, conversion rates, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports.
• Identify new e-commerce opportunities and platforms to expand brand presence in the UAE.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, distributors, and key online retailers.
• Take ownership of the growth and positioning of Manforce and Prega News in the UAE market.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UAE e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon UAE, Noon, and quick-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B e-commerce operations.
• Experience with FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer healthcare, or OTC products is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising, digital marketing, promotions, pricing, and performance analytics.
• Experience in managing online sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of e-commerce operations and brand growth.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
