Real Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Develop and implement property management and real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee leasing activities, including property marketing, tenant negotiations, renewals, and lease administration.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for property acquisition, disposal, development, and investment.
• Monitor rental income, operating expenses, budgets, and overall property profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility management activities.
• Ensure properties comply with applicable laws, regulations, lease agreements, and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, expenses, property performance, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research and monitor real estate trends, rental rates, competitor activity, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, leases, service agreements, and other property-related transactions.
• Work closely with legal, finance, facilities, and operations teams on real estate matters.
• Manage external agents, property managers, contractors, and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve occupancy, increase rental income, and enhance asset value.
• Handle tenant concerns and resolve property-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support senior management with real estate analysis, investment recommendations, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Property Management, or a related field.
