Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.
• Recruit and train new sales consultants.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate and close personal property sales.
• Coach team members on prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and property owners.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Previous experience in a sales leadership or team management role is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• RERA knowledge/certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
