Sales Person / Client Relationship Executive – Mahraj Contracting KSA

We are looking for a Sales Person / Client Relationship Executive to develop new clients, generate project opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships for Mahraj Contracting KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and approach potential clients.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, property owners, and corporate clients.
• Promote construction, civil works, renovation, infrastructure, and contracting services.
• Handle client enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Conduct client visits and understand project requirements.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain client records and sales updates.
• Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.

Experience: 1–3 years in KSA sales, client relations, construction, contracting, or related industries preferred.
