Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a consistent career history.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience with a developer.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with each organization.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
• Experience in lead generation, client handling, property presentations, and sales conversion.
• Confident, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Candidates with a stable employment history and consistent sales performance will be preferred.
