Senior Showroom Sales

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Showroom Sales professional with strong knowledge of the UAE interiors, furniture, fit-out, or building materials market.

The right candidate should be able to manage clients, build industry relationships, drive showroom traffic , and convert opportunities into sales.

What You’ll Do

Showroom Sales & Client Management

• Welcome and assist clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and property owners
• Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, and design preferences
• Recommend suitable products and solutions
• Convert showroom enquiries and leads into confirmed orders
• Prepare proposals and product selections
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities toward closure
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

Networking & Showroom Growth

• Actively bring designers, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and potential clients into the showroom
• Build and maintain a strong network within the UAE interiors and fit-out industry
• Plan and organize networking events, product presentations, workshops, and client gatherings
• Conduct regular outreach to introduce the showroom, products, and services
• Develop relationships with design studios, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Represent Majesta at relevant exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings
• Convert showroom visits and networking activities into qualified leads and projects

Consultative Selling & Project Support

• Provide professional showroom consultations and product presentations
• Understand drawings, specifications, finishes, dimensions, and project requirements
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams
• Suggest suitable alternatives based on budget, availability, and project needs
• Support clients with samples, finishes, technical information, and documentation
• Communicate pricing, lead times, and delivery expectations accurately
• Negotiate professionally while protecting company margins

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain an active pipeline of enquiries and projects
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and client decisions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Generate business through referrals, networking, existing clients, and industry contacts
• Provide market and customer feedback to management

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of showroom or project sales experience within the UAE
• Experience in interiors, furniture, fit-out, lighting, building materials, sanitaryware, finishes, or related sectors
• Strong existing network within the UAE interiors, architecture, fit-out, or construction industry
• Proven ability to generate leads, bring clients into the showroom, and convert opportunities into sales
• Experience dealing with designers, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and private clients
• Good understanding of quotations, specifications, project timelines, and negotiations
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially focused
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
