International Logistics & Fulfillment Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Full time, office based

Your Responsibilities

• Manage international B2C logistics and order fulfillment across the UAE, USA and Europe
• Lead and develop a distributed logistics team, set priorities and ensure strong execution and accountability
• Manage courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, including pricing, service levels and performance
• Oversee inventory, stock availability, warehouse processes and our WMS, currently Unleashed
• Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships, including pricing, terms and delivery schedules
• Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze operational data and implement improvements to cost, delivery time and efficiency
• Work closely with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues and continuously improve customer fulfillment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or related operations
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience
• Experience managing logistics coordinators, specialists or other skilled operations professionals
• Hands on experience with international B2C fulfillment
• Experience working with international courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar
• Practical experience with inventory management and WMS or ERP systems
• Experience with procurement and supplier management
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational KPIs
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Professional English at minimum B2 level

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

• Your experience is mainly in ecommerce marketing, marketplaces or digital commerce
• Your management experience is limited mainly to warehouse workers, drivers, pickers or packers
• You have logistics experience but have never directly managed a team
• Your role has focused mainly on shipment coordination rather than ownership and improvement of logistics processes
