Warehouse Assistant

About The Role The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and store products in the appropriate locations.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience with inventory control software.
