Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of their projects from initial needs assessment to final delivery. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements, establishing progress tracking, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery within budgetary and regulatory constraints. Facilitating collaboration and ensuring quality and compliance with client expectations are key focus areas of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Experience with Logistics Management to organize and streamline processes and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Inspection techniques to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and complex project requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management are an advantage
• Experience in architectural and engineering industries and familiarity with Middle Eastern regulations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of regional construction and technical codes is advantageous
