Construction Project Manager - AED 35K - High-rise - Dubai!

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international main contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-rise building projects in the UAE. This role requires a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health & safety, and contractual requirements.
• Drive project performance while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of GCC construction experience , preferably with the last 4 years in the UAE .
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager on major building projects.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise developments in the GCC or UAE .
• Main contracting experience in the UAE or GCC is essential .
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks' notice .
