Role Description The Senior Site Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for leading architectural design implementation at project sites. This role oversees the translation of approved designs into constructed form, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards. The Senior Site Architect coordinates closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, reviewing drawings, clarifying design intent, and resolving site-related design issues. Daily responsibilities include supervising site inspections, monitoring construction progress, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, and providing technical guidance to site teams. The role also involves reporting on project status, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and maintaining clear documentation to support timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience delivering complex building projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management on site.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration and basic Software Development concepts, enabling effective coordination between design tools, BIM models, and site processes.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Professional experience as a site architect or senior architect, preferably with exposure to large-scale or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, local regulations in the UAE, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and ability to interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse, multicultural teams.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail.
