Senior Interior Design Engineer – Site Supervision

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Design Engineer – Site Supervision to oversee high-end interior fit-out and finishing works across luxury villa and premium building projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, bespoke joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, partitions, and decorative elements.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.
• Expertise in quality inspections, snagging, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Contractors, Clients, Architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, quality standards, and consultant supervision procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve site and design interface issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is mandatory
• 12+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and site supervision.
• Strong UAE/GCC consultant-side supervision experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience on luxury villas, high-end residential, hospitality, premium commercial interiors, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing interior works from execution through snagging, de-snagging, and final handover
