About the role

As Senior Director of Revenue Management at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead the revenue management and yield strategy for The Park Gstaad and Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva.

Based in Gstaad and reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide strategic revenue leadership across both properties, driving pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation, distribution and overall revenue optimization. You will also lead Total Revenue Optimization across both hotels, partnering closely with commercial, financial and operational leadership to maximize revenue, profitability and market performance.

With a planned start date in October / November 2026, this is a unique opportunity to take on a senior multi-property Revenue Management role while joining the pre-opening journey of The Park Gstaad ahead of its opening in Summer 2027.

What you will do

Lead the revenue management and yield strategy for The Park Gstaad and Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva.

Develop and execute pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies across both properties.

Drive Total Revenue Optimization across both hotels, identifying opportunities to maximize overall revenue and profitability.

Lead forecasting, Revenue Strategy Meetings, performance analysis and revenue-related budget planning for both properties.

Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, market trends, competitor performance and business mix to identify opportunities and risks.

Optimize Rooms revenue across market segments, room types and distribution channels.

Translate data, market intelligence and guest behaviour insights into clear and actionable revenue strategies.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and operational leadership across both properties.

Lead, coach and develop the Revenue Management and Reservations teams.

Foster a strong revenue management culture and data-driven decision-making across both properties.

Support the pre-opening revenue readiness of The Park Gstaad, including pricing, forecasting, segmentation, distribution, systems and performance measurement.

What you bring

University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel Revenue Management, Yield Management, Distribution or Hospitality Analytics, preferably within luxury hospitality.

Strong experience in pricing, forecasting, inventory management, segmentation, distribution and revenue optimization.

Strong understanding of Total Revenue Optimization and the ability to identify revenue opportunities across the overall hotel operation.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and market intelligence into effective business decisions.

Previous multi-property experience is highly advantageous.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization; experience with IDeaS G3 RMS, IDeaS RevPlan, Opera PMS, Power BI, STR, TravelClick or Lighthouse is advantageous.

Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across properties, functions and seniority levels.

Fluent English, German and/or French are required.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality.

Seasonal operation with primary opening periods from June to September and December to March.
