Job description
Back to all positions
As an Integration Architect, you will design scalable, secure integration architectures that connect enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, and payment gateways. You will evaluate middleware platforms, define API strategies, and lead integration delivery across complex multi-system landscapes for clients in retail, finance, and government sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integration architectures connecting ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and payment systems.
- Evaluate and recommend middleware and iPaaS platforms (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Define API strategies including RESTful design, versioning, security, and governance standards.
- Lead integration workstreams within broader digital-transformation programmes.
- Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable templates for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and client technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct technical design reviews and ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience) are met.
- Provide technical mentorship to integration developers and support pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
- Deep expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus) or MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging patterns (pub/sub, queues).
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal.
- Proficiency in producing architecture documentation (C4, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams).
- Experience with CI/CD for integration deployments and infrastructure-as-code.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences.
What We Offer
- Fully remote-friendly role with optional access to our Dubai office.
- Competitive compensation with project-completion bonuses.
- Opportunity to shape integration standards and best practices across the organisation.
- Work on challenging, multi-system enterprise projects with global reach.
- Budget for certifications, conferences, and professional development.
- Flexible working hours and a results-driven culture.
