We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Logistics Volunteers to support the logistics and operations team during our exhibition. Volunteers will assist with the movement, organization, distribution, and coordination of event materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and organizing event materials and supplies.
• Support the movement and distribution of materials within the exhibition venue.
• Assist with coordinating deliveries and collection of items.
• Help maintain inventory and logistics records.
• Support the operations team during setup, exhibition days, and breakdown.
• Coordinate with team members and report any logistical issues.
• Carry out other logistics and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to assist with event-related logistics tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition environment.
• Previous experience is not required.
