On Team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Sales Advisor to join our team in Dubai. As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in creating memorable in-store experiences, building meaningful customer relationships, and driving sales performance while bringing the On brand to life.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience

- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs

- Share product expertise and recommend the best solutions

- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

- Support visual merchandising and store operations

- Mentor and support team members when required

- Represent On's culture, values, and active lifestyle community

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Passion for sports, fitness, running, or an active lifestyle

- Positive, energetic, and results-driven mindset

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
