Job description

urpose of the Role:
To manage the day-to-day HR operations for factory workers and labourers, ensuring compliance with labour laws, smooth onboarding, welfare, discipline, and effective workforce administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations for blue-collar/labour workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate manpower planning with production/factory heads to meet staffing requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift scheduling for factory staff.
  • Ensure timely visa processing, labour card renewals, and documentation as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with PRO for work permits, visa stamping, and government-related documentation.
  • Handle labour accommodation, transportation, and welfare-related matters.
  • Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database/HRMS.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour welfare regulations.
  • Conduct inductions and orientation for new labour joiners.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies/manpower suppliers for outsourced labour.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism) for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a factory/industrial/labour-intensive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Experience handling blue-collar workforce, visa processes, and labour welfare.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills; multilingual ability (Hindi) is a plus for worker interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
