Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Responsible for semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry NTI/NPI to HVM environment

Oversees process development, qualification, continuous improvement for silicon manufacturing technologies

Work closely with product engineering team to drive foundry on wafer yield improvement initiatives using SPC and data-driven methodologies

Support Corp team (SFE, DE, BU PM) on technology transfer and/or product qualification from NTI/NPI to HVM

Collaborate with SFE and Quality to ensure process robustness, manufacturability and Quality Compliance, including Change Management

Joint-effort with SQE as first responders on problem solving on quality issues and co-lead Task Force team on rapid response to quality escalation issues

Support Sourcing on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years or more prior experience for the semiconductor industry

Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skill

Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Data-driven mindset with focus on quality, yield and delivery

Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root-Cause Analysis methodologies
