Title: Procurement Lead

Duration: 12 months Contract with possible extension

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for major construction projects.
• Manage sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Develop procurement schedules aligned with project requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and supplier/contractor engagement.
• Monitor procurement risks, costs, lead times, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with client procurement policies and governance.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years' procurement experience, preferably construction/PMC.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience in major projects.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiations.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related discipline; CIPS preferred.
