About the Role

As our new Project & Product Manager in The Netherlands, you will be at the heart of our product development and go-to-market initiatives for the brand. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure we stay on track while maintaining a clear overview of all moving parts.With colleagues based both in London and Soest, you’ll play an important role in creating a strong sense of one team, regardless of location.

Location: Soest near Utrecht-The Netherlands (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

Employment Type: Full-time, regular travel to the UK

Bleach London is the home of experimental hair. Founded in 2010 by visionary colourist Alex Brownsell, we’ve built a global community of DIY colour lovers — with 3 salons, recognition from Vogue, i-D, and Dazed, and a DIY colour range stocked in Walmart, Boots, and CVS, Bleach London continues to set trends and inspire a new generation of colour lovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage beauty product development projects from initial concept to launch, working cross-functionally with brand, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Provide team leadership and guidance across teams in Soest and London, fostering strong relationships and a collaborative, high-performing culture that encourages the sharing of ideas, knowledge, and expertise
  • Implement and maintain project tracking using modern tools
  • Apply agile project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems, mitigating risks and obstacles that could impact project timelines, costs, and qualityMaintain high standards of organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Refine the New Product Development process by identifying areas for improvement and driving the adoption of best practices across cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in a fast-moving environment, preferably in a beauty, beauty start-up or tech company
  • Strong working knowledge of modern project management tools
  • Affinity and passion for the beauty industry
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep a clear overview
  • Decisive, flexible, and solution-oriented
  • Strong sense of responsibility and drive to get things done
