We are looking for someone who is a quick and creative thinker and is teeming with ideas. If you can quickly turn an idea into a prototype, and then a successful prototype into a system, we are looking for you. You need the following qualifications for the position of .NET AI Software Engineer:

  • strong object-oriented programming skills and hands-on experience with C# and .NET
  • solid software engineering experience, including APIs, databases, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery
  • practical experience integrating AI capabilities into software products, such as LLMs, Azure AI services, RAG, or prompt-based workflows
  • experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and turn business needs into pragmatic engineering solutions

What impact will you make?

You will join a global team that is developing the frontiers of AI and turning promising ideas into practical solutions used by Tax & Legal professionals across the world.

Together with engineers, AI specialists, and domain experts, you will help shape how emerging technologies are applied responsibly in a complex, highly regulated environment. Your work will accelerate innovation, improve the way tax and legal professionals serve their clients.

How do you do this?

  • collaborate with an international team of engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions for tax and legal professionals
  • translate new ideas into working prototypes that demonstrate how emerging technologies can create business value
  • develop prototypes into well-tested, reliable, secure, and performant C#/.NET software systems
  • integrate AI capabilities, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms into scalable software applications
  • maintain high code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices
  • monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production solutions to ensure stability, usability, and long-term maintainability
