Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for QA/QC, HVAC and Plumbing Engineers based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves monitoring and verifying the quality of HVAC and plumbing installations, materials, and workmanship in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing inspection and test plans, conducting site inspections, documenting non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project teams. The engineers will collaborate with design, project management, and construction teams to ensure compliance with codes, client requirements, and internal quality systems, while supporting continuous improvement of processes. The role also includes maintaining accurate QA/QC records, preparing reports for management and clients, and participating in internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with specific experience in Electrical ,HVAC or plumbing systems .
  • Previous experience in MEP construction projects in plumbing , HVAC or electrical fields in the GCC or similar markets.
  • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local
