Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance .
• Ensure facilities, infrastructure, utilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage facility-related vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Supervise facility staff and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.
• Monitor maintenance activities, service contracts, budgets and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements .
• Maintain facility documentation, asset records, maintenance schedules and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address operational and facility requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness .
• Manage facility-related issues, breakdowns and emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, security and overall site upkeep.
• Support management with facility planning, improvements and infrastructure-related projects.
