Role Description The Investment Portfolio Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing physical inventory-backed investment portfolios linked to the company’s global product and trading activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing portfolio performance, assessing market trends, identifying new trading and investment opportunities, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners and investors, coordinating with internal teams on product and inventory data, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and trading guidelines. The successful candidate will contribute to portfolio growth, risk management, and the development of accessible investment offerings aligned with You Look Fabulous’ global trade vision.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio management and finance skills, with experience managing investment or trading portfolios.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market conditions, portfolio performance, and risk-return profiles.
• Proficient communication and business relationship management skills to collaborate with trade partners, investors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work with data and digital tools related to commerce, trading platforms, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in trading, asset management, or investment roles, ideally with exposure to physical commodities or inventory-backed products.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment and adapting to evolving market opportunities.
