Director Sales / Division Head – Nada Al Sabah Waste and Metal Scrap, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Director Sales / Division Head to lead the sales and business development division of Nada Al Sabah Waste and Metal Scrap and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve division revenue targets.
• Expand the supplier and customer network for scrap metal and recyclable materials.
• Secure large-volume scrap supply agreements with industrial and construction clients.
• Develop strong relationships with factories, contractors, warehouses, recyclers, traders, and major buyers.
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, quotations, contracts, and key accounts.
• Monitor scrap metal market prices and identify profitable trading opportunities.
• Identify new markets, suppliers, customers, and business channels.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for efficient material collection and delivery.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, profitability, and business targets.

Experience: 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in sales or business development, preferably in scrap metal, waste management, recycling, commodity trading, or related industries.
