Export Manager – Mahraj General Trading Co. LLC, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to develop and manage international sales and export operations for Mahraj General Trading Co. LLC, with a strong focus on Africa, Oman, Seychelles, KSA, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop export business across Africa, Oman, Seychelles, KSA, and other international markets.
• Identify and develop overseas customers, distributors, agents, contractors, and business partners.
• Generate export enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure international orders.
• Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry to order confirmation and shipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Handle export documentation, shipping requirements, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Research international markets, pricing, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Monitor orders, payments, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven international export sales experience, with established experience in Africa, Oman, Seychelles, KSA, or similar international markets.

Preferred Background: Experience in general trading, building materials, industrial products, construction materials, or commodity trading is preferred.

Key Skills: International sales, export documentation, logistics coordination, international negotiations, market development, customer relationship management, and knowledge of export procedures.
