Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be in charge of managing major client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and optimizing sales potential for mobile devices, Laptops, and its associated products. Strong sales abilities, relationship management experience, and extensive understanding of the mobile trade business are required for this role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Build and maintain good connections with key customers and major retail clients in the mobile and accessories industries.

· Achieve sales objectives and KPIs by managing and growing relationships with important clients.

· Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain departments to guarantee product availability and promotional success.

· Analyze industry trends, competition activity, and customer demands to create personalized sales tactics.

· Negotiate and finalize sales transactions to meet revenue targets.

· Provide regular updates on account performance, sales projections, and market information.

· To maintain high customer satisfaction, ensure that client concerns are resolved on time and provide after-sales assistance.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts and target clients.

Minimum Qualifications

§ Education: Bachelor’s Degree

§ Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management or sales or Business Development within the mobile / laptop and its accessories trading sector in UAE/ GCC.

§ Deep knowledge of the mobile / Laptops and its accessories market in the Middle East.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
