Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Company Representative. The successful candidate will represent the company on construction sites, coordinate with clients and contractors, monitor project progress, and ensure that all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure that construction work complies with approved designs, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate between the company, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects, delays, or non-compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Review contractor invoices, variation claims, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Escalate technical, contractual, or operational issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid professional engineering license or registration, where applicable.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in civil construction, project supervision, or site management.
• Experience representing a company or client on construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering or project-management software.
• Ability to work independently and visit construction sites as required.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
