Job Description
We are seeking a talented Business Relationship Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage key relationships, analyze business needs, and support the development of effective solutions to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior, independent contributor, applying expertise in at least one technical area.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects or specific components of larger initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure project success and aligned outcomes.
- Analyze events and apply technical knowledge to identify solutions and resolve issues.
- Gather facts, evaluate scenarios, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, providing necessary documentation.
- Support process redesign and reengineering efforts by describing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Understand business partner products and services to help define clear business requirements.
- Maintain awareness of current system capabilities, limitations, and relevant technologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, applying technical expertise effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business relationship management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in relevant systems and processes.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work well within a team.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe process flows and technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
