Vacancy: Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager

One of our pharmaceutical clients is seeking an experienced Analyst who can effectively bridge business needs and technical capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to projects that support business growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business stakeholders, driving process improvements, and delivering technology-enabled solutions across the organization.

You will work independently on small to medium-sized projects or lead specific workstreams within larger initiatives. Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will help identify opportunities, analyze challenges, and deliver practical, compliant, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support process redesign, reengineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects or project workstreams.
• Investigate business and system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance with compliance and quality standards.
• Provide recommendations based on data, analysis, and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Related experience in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Solid understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
• Understanding of enterprise systems and business applications.
• Experience within a regulated environment such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
