ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

We are currently seeking ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support during the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in troubleshooting ERP issues and resolving system-related problems.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
• Support end-users by providing training and functional assistance as needed.
• Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration in construction industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar ).
• Proficient in SQL and programming (Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET); both are mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
