Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and drive day-to-day construction site operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing on-site execution, supervising subcontractors, ensuring work complies with design specifications and safety standards, and keeping project timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to technical drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams, and labor to maintain continuous workflow and high-quality workmanship.
• Track daily site progress against project schedules and proactively resolve any technical or logistical bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and enforce strict site safety (HSE) protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and procurement teams regarding material deliveries, site inspections, and progress reports.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies early, and implement practical engineering solutions on the ground.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven hands-on track record as a Site Engineer, with demonstrated progression into a senior/lead site role.
• Extensive practical experience overseeing structural, civil, or architectural packages on active construction sites.
• Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
• Solid leadership, site management, and problem-solving skills with subcontractors and labor forces.
• Proficiency in site reporting, progress tracking, and quality assurance procedures.
