Architectural Design Director / Head of Architecture

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Architectural Design Director to set the overall design vision, lead our multidisciplinary studio, and oversee complex, large-scale developments. In this executive-level role, you will bridge high-concept design, technical governance, client relations, and operational leadership across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and maintain the overall architectural and design direction across all firm projects.
• Lead high-stakes client presentations, design pitches, and strategic development workshops.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across all project stages—from feasibility and concept mastery to final handover.
• Oversee project delivery, quality control, BIM governance, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Manage high-level stakeholder and consultant relationships (structural, MEP, urban planning, and municipal authorities).
• Drive studio performance, resource allocation, talent mentorship, and design culture.

Key Requirements & Experience

• Extensive leadership background in architecture, directing signature and large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Proven mastery in high-level design strategy, master planning, and technical execution.
• Expert command of industry-standard workflows, including BIM (Revit), parametric modeling, and advanced visualization pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership, executive communication, and client negotiation capabilities.
• A high-caliber portfolio showcasing recognized, delivered architectural projects and strong design leadership.
