Job Title: Senior CRM Specialist / CRM Senior

Overview:

Looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to own complex workflow automation, advanced audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Build complex, trigger-based communication workflows across multiple touchpoints.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis on user behavior to uncover retention opportunities.
Lead technical integrations between CRM systems, analytics tools, and core databases.
Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for campaign deployment.

Requirements:

Extensive practical experience in advanced CRM automation, logic branching, and dynamic content.
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data manipulation and performance reporting.
Thorough knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email deliverability best practices.
