Job Summary
Join Kosh Consulting Group as a Consulting Associate to support leadership talent assessment, development, and AI product initiatives, driving impactful consulting engagements across public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer psychometric assessment sessions, managing scheduling, candidate verification, report generation, and client communications to ensure smooth delivery.
- Organise and support competency and psychological executive interviews, facilitating schedules, assisting consultants, and ensuring high-quality reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Manage end-to-end Assessment Centre logistics, materials, and on-site operations as Assessment Centre Manager to deliver seamless assessment experiences.
- Assist in planning, administering, and evaluating leadership development workshops, including materials preparation, logistics coordination, delivery support, and post-programme feedback analysis.
- Conduct background research and support consultants during client engagements, contributing to proposals, presentations, and tender documentation to enhance business development efforts.
- Develop white papers, thought leadership content, presentation decks, and marketing materials, supporting digital marketing campaigns and client event coordination.
- Collaborate with technology partners to support AI-enabled consulting product development, including pilot testing and gathering user feedback to improve solutions.
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Ability to meet applicable client security-clearance requirements.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in relevant fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, psychology, education, human resources, operations, marketing, or the public sector.
- Experience supporting consulting projects, assessments, training programmes, or client-facing engagements.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance productivity and produce reports, marketing content, and research materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with experience in Excel databases considered advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy, including basic IT troubleshooting and PC network setup skills.
