Job description
This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility, covering both compliance planning and day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will independently plan and manage the institution’s overall compliance activities, with a particular focus on EduTrust requirements, while working closely with relevant departments to coordinate documentation and followup on corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the institution’s EduTrust compliance and quality assurance activities.
- Develop, review and maintain relevant policies, procedures, SOPs, internal controls and compliance plans to meet EduTrust and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with Singapore private education regulations and CPE requirements, and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the institution.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits and risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, recommend solutions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of EduTrust and regulatory reports, returns, compliance records and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission.
- Coordinate the institution’s EduTrust certification, reviews and related quality improvement activities.
- Provide compliance guidance to management and relevant departments, and conduct policy and compliance training where required.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance matters, and coordinate with departments to ensure EduTrust and other regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Education,Compliance, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in EduTrust, private education compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, risk management or institutional governance.
- Experience in Singapore’s private education sector will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with EduTrust and CPE/PEI regulatory requirements will be highly advantageous.
- Candidates with relevant experience in HR compliance, HR operations, policy development or internal controls are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a highlevel of attention to detail, accountability and integrity, and the ability tohandle confidential information appropriately.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
