About the job

Google accountants are a savvy bunch who handle the core accounting responsibilities at Google. You know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. A team player at heart, you collaborate with our global team, advocate best practices and pitch in where needed. You move fast while keeping your attention to detail, and you tap into your problem-solving skills to support business objectives.

In this role, you will advise on key financial and accounting matters in compliance with statutory and tax regulations. You will prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports while coordinating seamlessly with external auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and key internal stakeholders.

Everyday operations bring unique challenges, offering opportunities to drive continuous process improvements, enhance efficiency, and maintain operational excellence. As an adaptable and collaborative professional, you will partner closely across global teams to advocate best practices, provide strategic insights, and actively contribute to key business initiatives.

Bringing deep end-to-end accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail, you will leverage financial analysis, technology-driven solutions, and sound risk controls to support strategic growth and enterprise objectives.
