Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Sunshine Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join us as we enter our next chapter. ☀️

We are a small, therapist-led Speech & Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy service based in Dubai, working closely with children, families and schools.

We’re looking for an OT who values autonomy, flexibility and genuinely child-centred practice. Someone who wants the freedom to work in a way that suits them, while still having the support of a team around them.

This role will include a combination of school and clinic-based work, supporting children with a range of developmental needs. You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own caseload, contribute to the development of our OT service and grow alongside Sunshine as we expand.

The role may include:

• Providing individualised occupational therapy assessment and intervention
• Supporting children across clinic and school settings
• Working collaboratively with parents, teachers and other professionals
• Developing practical strategies that support participation at home and school
• Contributing to multidisciplinary working with SLT and other professionals
• Maintaining clear clinical documentation in line with DHA standards
• Opportunities to deliver parent/teacher training, workshops and other services according to your interests

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Has DHA eligibility or an active DHA licence
• Has experience working with children and young people
• Is confident working independently while enjoying collaborative MDT working
• Values neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based and family-centred practice
• Is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys building relationships with children, families and schools
• Has their own transport and is comfortable travelling to schools within Dubai
