Job description

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-Senior (4–7 years)

About the Role

We are an expanding facility services and commercial provider scaling our operations across Riyadh. We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to bridge our operational field execution and commercial growth strategy.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and Growth—translating scheduling data, labor costs, and market metrics into actionable decisions that optimize contract margins, minimize churn, and drive profitability. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential to collaborate effectively with field supervisors, management, and client stakeholders.

Core ResponsibilitiesOperations & Field Analytics

  • Analyze labor productivity metrics (staff-to-area ratios, contract hours, and overtime drivers) to refine scheduling and staffing models.
  • Build comprehensive contract profitability frameworks accounting for labor, materials, equipment, and logistical overhead.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), investigating operational bottlenecks and tracking corrective measures.
  • Evaluate route planning, shift allocations, and new contract mobilizations to curb idle time and operational expenses.
  • Track material and resource consumption against benchmarks to eliminate waste and optimize procurement.
  • Support workforce forecasting by analyzing retention trends, absenteeism, and recruitment timelines.

Commercial & Growth Analytics

  • Measure commercial performance across acquisition channels, tracking lead volume, acquisition costs, and segment conversion rates.
  • Evaluate customer retention, contract renewal metrics, and early-warning indicators for at-risk accounts.
  • Analyze market segments (corporate, retail, healthcare, residential) to identify high-margin growth opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies, tender reviews, and bid modeling to optimize cost-to-serve economics.
  • Assess cross-sell and upsell potential across specialized service offerings.

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Own executive management dashboards and recurring operational reporting packs.
  • Translate departmental requirements into functional specifications for CRM, ERP, and workforce management systems.
  • Document core business processes and draft clear standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare client-facing performance reports for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of business analysis experience, with exposure to both operational field models and commercial analysis.
  • Industry Background: Demonstrated background within facility management, cleaning services, logistics, or outsourced labor industries.
  • Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in Arabic and professional English (spoken and written), necessary for cross-functional communication from field sites to executive leadership.
  • Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, modeling, dashboards) and working knowledge of a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
  • Core Competencies: Strong financial numeracy regarding gross margins, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Saudi market, local labor frameworks, and GOSI structures.
  • Experience handling government or enterprise-level tenders and RFPs.
  • Practical technical skills including basic SQL or experience with ERP/CRM environments (Odoo, ERPNext, etc.).

If you are an analytical problem-solver who enjoys working close to the ground and turning complex field data into commercial success, we would love to hear from you.
