Business Development Director / Executive – Mahraj Interiors and Electro Mechanical LLC

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director / Executive to drive business growth and secure new projects for Mahraj Interiors and Electro Mechanical LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong client network.
• Identify and approach contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
• Secure interior fit-out, MEP, renovation, and electro-mechanical projects.
• Manage client meetings, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with estimation and project teams for successful project handover.

Experience: 3–7 years of UAE/GCC business development experience in interiors, fit-out, MEP, electro-mechanical, or contracting preferred.
