Director Sales / Division Head – Mahraj Interiors and Electro Mechanical LLC, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Director Sales / Division Head to lead the sales and business development division of Mahraj Interiors and Electro Mechanical LLC and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve division revenue targets.
• Generate and secure major interior fit-out, MEP, renovation, and electro-mechanical projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, property owners, and corporate clients.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and new market opportunities.
• Oversee client meetings, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and contract closures.
• Develop long-term strategic client relationships and repeat business.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for successful project handover.
• Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, and business development activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Experience: 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in sales/business development, preferably in interiors, fit-out, MEP, electro-mechanical, construction, or contracting.
